Spicy Garlic Tomato Chutney





I am a HUGE Garlic fan!! and this recipe is one of my favorite, Quick and easy to make!

Garlic,tomatoes and red chills this is a killer combination. (It really is). I remember a tasting a similar tomato garlic dip at Indonesia and i had to make it because it was delicious. You can have it with Steamed rice or with Dosa, Potato Chips or as a Dip with any deep fried dish!

What you need?
  • 4-5 Tomatoes
  • 1 big Onion
  • 15-20 cloves of garlic
  • 5-6 small dry chilly (soaked)
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste

How to make lip smacking Spicy Garlic Tomato Chutney / Dip?

In a pan add 4-5 table spoons of oil and fry your onions and garlic and keep aside. in the same pan add roughly chopped tomatoes and let them cook; add your soaked dry red chilly; its best if you soak the red chilly for at least 6 hours , let all this cook. Grind all this to a nice paste. It's ready to eat!!

We are going to eat it with some  fried Beetroot Pockets.
